At the end November, 2015, Dawna joined a workshop hosted by Swedish Agile company CRISP to learn about the Sociocracy 3.0 (S3) movement. CRISP consultant Michael Goethe and Sociocracy 3.0 co-founder James Priest explain how Sociocracy 3.0 offers a scalable governance model, one more suited to engaging employees in the changes affecting them.
