The latest industrial dispute around the introduction of flexible working patterns sees workers at car manufacturer Aston Martin downing tools today for the first time in the company's history.

In what looks like becoming the next major bone of contention between employees and management across the UK, what the company terms 'flexible work patterns' is viewed by an angry workforce as 'work anytime, any place anywhere'.
