A 39-year-old City broker has won more than a £1 million in damages and costs in a tribunal claim over alleged bullying at Cantor Fitzgerald International.

Steven Horkulak claimed that Cantor's president, Lee Amaitis, threatened to "break him into two" and "rip [his] head off" and screamed obscenities at him on a regular basis for six months up to his constructive dismissal in June 2000.
