Welcome to the new look Management-Issues

Eighteen months ago we launched the first incarnation of Management-Issues. At the time our objective was to create a destination for unbiased content on human resources and management.

From that point, it became apparent that many of you wanted to share your views about workplace issues as well as keep abreast of new trends. So we hope that the latest version of the site will provide new and user friendly ways to debate what matters to you.

We’ve specifically designed technology to help you to better communicate. From feedback forms at the bottom of Hot Topic articles which are displayed for readers to share to our new Talk Back section. A Forum section is also on the way.

A special thanks to our regular visitors who have helped to shape the direction of the site. Please do continue to give us your feedback.

One message coming through loud and clear at the moment is an emerging disconnect between what employees think about their bosses and how employers view the investment they are making in an organisation’s people policies. This issue will be one key focus for the site over coming months.

In the meantime, a special thanks to the Mark II launch team. To David and Seamus at www.sedasoft.com for their continuous innovation of the technology. Thank you also to Annalisa, Karen, Sushy and Iain for the steady flow of good ideas and enthusiasm.
