Dan Bobinski

Dan Bobinski is a training specialist, author, and an accomplished keynote speaker. He's been providing management and leadership training to Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, regional concerns for more than 20 years.

As the CEO of Leadership Development, Inc. and director for the Center for Workplace Excellence, Dan emphasizes the need for organizations to stay focused on their main purpose, be trustworthy, and keep communications flowing. He's also a strong advocate that managers and leaders are more effective when they learn to think like trainers.

Dan is the author of the best-selling book Creating Passion-Driven Teams. He also wrote The Really Simple Way to Hire, Train, and Retain Great Employees and is the co-author of Living Toad Free: Removing Obstacles to Success. In addition to being a certified behavioral analyst, Dan holds an Master's Degree in Human Resource Training and Development, a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development, and he is currently completing his Ph.D. is in Organizational Learning and Leadership. He's also an adjunct professor at Idaho State University.
