Solutions for seniors

"In France the only future for someone older than 50 is to become a politician." So goes the tongue-in-cheek advertising slogan of Toulouse Intérim Senior, a temporary employment agency that specializes in recruiting older workers.

And as Thomas Fuller reveals in the International Herald tribune, there are several other organisations across Europe who are catering to older workers keen to put their experience to good use on temporary contracts or as consultants.
