Recruitment, Big Brother-style

Advertising agencies should be pretty adept at generating publicity when they need to, so Grey advertising's somewhat unusual graduate recruitment initiative seems quite appropriate.

Grey is locking 25 short-listed candidates in the Big Brother house for a day where they will be asked to carry out a series of tasks designed to test their creativity and ability to work as a group.

Successful candidates will be given the good news the following day.

While Grey's head of account management was honest enough to admit that the idea was essentially a gimmick, she also said that the house "helps you to discover if one of the group is not a team player or is really irritating."
