The UK National Health Service has announced a £6m online recruitment project due to launch in 2004.
IT consultancy, Methods is developing the website in conjunction with its partner, Jobsite UK.
The website is intended to be an online hub for NHS recruitment that will contain vacancy information and enable candidates to download a standard online application form.
The NHS says that it hopes the site will save more than £24m, which can then be redirected into patient care.
