Banks seek gay talent

Several leading investment banks are holding an open evening in London today for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) undergraduates. The evening is one of a range of measures designed to increase diversity in the City.

Participants in today's seminar at the Lloyds building include JP Morgan, UBS and Morgan Stanley. LGBT staff from the banks will talk about their experience at work and answer questions.
