A hammer to smash the glass ceiling?

First Norway, now France. The long arm of the law is feeling its way into boardrooms across Europe as governments go down the regulatory route to increase the representation of women in the boardroom.

But, as the Independent reports today, the UK is unlikely to take the same strong-arm approach.
